Hi, I’m Sonam Shah—a mom of two, Certified Health and Life Coach, and former software engineer with over 16 years of experience. My health journey began after facing postpartum depression and a thyroid diagnosis, which taught me the power of taking small, sustainable steps toward change.
By focusing on one habit at a time, I transformed my health, embraced movement like strength training and yoga, and shifted to a balanced approach to nutrition. Now, I’m passionate about helping others create lasting changes in their lives through clarity, focus, and sustainable habits.
